the right to terminate the subscriber, violating the following Terms of
Service (TOS).
Use of UnitedHost Hosting constitutes acceptance and agreement to Terms
of Service below,
UNorth® Acceptable Use Policy, and
UNorth Terms and Conditions. These statements may change from time to time at the
discretion of the company with or without notice.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement |
UnitedHost Hosting specifically prohibits the use of our service
for illegal activities; therefore in request of a Federal agency
of the United States, or a court-order,
UnitedHost Hosting may disclose any and all of the Subscribers
information including payment history, personal information,
etc. In Addition UnitedHost Hosting has the right to terminate
the subscriber at any time.

Shared Hosting/Managed
Services:
If you are not completely satisfied with
our Web hosting services, and you notify UnitedHost in writing
via your Control Panel within the first 30 days of your contract
that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the
contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund
is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30
days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please
contact UnitedHost Billing team via the support homepage
http://support.unitedhost.com .
The following
Fees/Service are not subject to money-back guarantee:

- Virtual Server Hosting
- Domain
Registration Services
- Domain Transfer Services
To
protect customer accounts, account cancellation can only be
requested via the ControlPanel directly at
https://secure.unitedhost.com/cp .
Only first-time accounts are eligible for a money-back
guarantee. For example, if you've had an account with us before,
canceled and signed up again, you will not be eligible for a
refund, or if you have opened an additional account with us.
In addition, violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable
Use Policy, including but not limited to Spamming, creating or
sending Internet viruses, hacking, privacy violations, phishing,
illegal usage, child pornography, will waive the money-back
guarantee, and your account will be immediately terminated
without refund.

This policy does not apply to any additional services such as,
but not limited to, overages, disk space, e-mail accounts,
domain name registration, and Web design services. Please review
our refunds and disputes section for additional information on
refund requests.

Payments and
Fees |
Credit Cards that are declined for any reason are
subject to a $2.00 declination fee. Upon 10 days
delay after the due date of an invoice, service will
be interrupted on account. Service interrupted for
nonpayment is subject to $10.00 for shared hosting,
and $250.00 for dedicated Servers.

Refund
and Disputes |
Except as noted in the '30 Days money-back
guarantee' policy, all payments to UnitedHost Hosting are
non-refundable. This includes one time setup fee
no refunds on dedicated servers,
administrative fees, install fees for custom
software, or domain name purchases and other charges regardless of the
usage.
The only exception to refund
policy above is as follows:
- You
canceled the account order prior to
activation.
- Your desired domain name
was not available and thus was not
registered.
- Your order was processed
incorrectly on our part (e.g. incorrect item
was ordered by UnitedHost staff member)
For all paid services, including prepaid
or annual subscriptions to hosting, if you
cancel your service prior to end of the
prepaid term, your service will remain
active until the final day of the
subscription and then it will be
automatically terminated, unless you
explicitly request manual termination of
your service.

Service
Rates |
Subscriber acknowledges that KingRidge
Hosting may prospectively change the
specified rates, services from time to time
and they will effect the current
subscription of the account.

Failure
to Pay |
UnitedHost Hosting shall have the right to
temporarily deny service or terminate the
contract upon the failure of Subscriber to
pay charges when due. Such termination or
denial will not relieve Subscriber of
responsibility for the delayed payment plus
reasonable interest and any collection fees.
|
Account Cancellation |
Subscriber shall request to cancel
the hosting account 2 days prior to
the next billing date. Accounts are
subject to a penalty fee unless a
written notice or e-mail is
provided. You must have all account
information to cancel. If KingRidge
Hosting does not deem that the
cancellation request is from a
legitimate source (i.e. not the
account owner), we reserve the right
to deny the request until there is
an affirmation from the account
owner.

Disclaimer Of Warranties And
Liability |
Subscriber acknowledges that the
service provided by KingRidge
Hosting is of a such a nature that
service can be interrupted for many
reasons and that damages resulting
from such interruption of service
may not be filed against KingRidge
Hosting. Subscriber agrees that
UnitedHost Hosting shall not be
reliable for any special or
consequential damages, or loss.

Transfer of Domain |
New web hosting accounts which
involve the transfer of a domain
name from another hosting provider
to UnitedHost Hosting will require a
minimum of six (6) days to enter
into our DNS and propagate through
internet. In some cases such
transfers can take up to sixty (60)
days. UnitedHost Hosting is not
responsible for the amount of time a
specific transfer may take.

SPAM and Unsolicited Commercial
Email |
UnitedHost Hosting prohibits any
approach of sending Unsolicited
Commercial Email or SPAM over our
network. Any UnitedHost Hosting
customer may not use or permit to
use the service for such proposes.
Failure to follow this Policy will
result in cancellation of
Subscribers account, not entitled to
a refund. Therefore; KingRidge
Hosting reserves the right to
control/block email addresses sent
from this server.

IP Addresses |
Upon giving an Internet Protocol
(IP) to a customer, KingRidge
Hosting requires the appropriate use
of that IP except as permitted by
UnitedHost Hosting in it sole
direction, may not be used for
illegal activities. KingRidge
Hosting reserves the right to remove
or change any and all such IP
addresses.

Bandwidth And Disk Over Usage |
|
Subscriber acknowledges that
bandwidth and disk space shall not
exceed the amount per month for the
specific Service ordered. KingRidge
Hosting reserves the right to
temporarily terminate service to
such subscriber. If KingRidge
Hosting takes any corrective action,
Subscriber will not be entitled to
refund of any paid amount.

Network Security |
|
Users are prohibited from violating
or attempting to violate the
security of UnitedHost Hosting
servers. Such violation may result
in civil or criminal liability.
UnitedHost Hosting reserve the right
to investigate with law enforcement
authorities to prosecute violators.
These violation include:

Accessing/ using data not
intended for such user, not
authorize to access by proper
user/company.

Attempting to scab, probe, or
test the vulnerability of the
system to breach security
without proper authorization.

Attempting to interfere with
Network in such a way that
results in crashing of the
server.
-
Taking any action to hack into
security gates.

Denial Of Service |
UnitedHost Hosting reserves the right
to refuse service to anyone at any
time for any reason. User may not be
entitled to a refund. |
